Manufacturing: high quality 3D printing technology
Material: tough, lightweighted and impact-resistant polyamide nylon
Environment: material and manufacturing are ecologically sustainable, due to the low waste of 3D technology, possibility of material reuse and because the production is carried out locally.
Personalization: frames can be ordered according to the size of the customer’s face, smaller or larger frame if necessary, longer or shorter temples, or with an individual temple angles
Eyewear lenses: due to our ecological choices, Tarume eyewear frames are delivered to partners without plexiglasses, to avoid unnecessary plastic waste.
Sunglass lenses: sunglasses have a tinted CR39 plastic lens and have a base curve of either 4 or 6 depending on the model. All lenses are 100% UV-protected.
Bowtie and hand glass lenses: lightweighted plastic lenses for reading
Hinges: interchangeable and screw-fixed flexible hinges
Nose pads: all frames in the collection have nose pads with arm
Spare parts: available for 5 years
Instructions: Lensing is recommended to be done cold (cold glasing). The material can be heated like an acetate frame when fitting the glasses to the customer. We do not recommend using solvents for Tarume products. Water washing with hand warm or cold water and mild soap is best for the material and drying with a lint-free cloth. All Tarume products come with a suitable care cloth.
We don’t stock our products, we make them for you. Manufacturing time for eyewears and sunglasses is 3 weeks, and other products 1 week from receiving order.
Delivery to Finland:
Delivery to a Matkahuolto or Posti collection point of your choice. You will be notified as soon as your parcel is available for pick up.
Delivery outside Finland:
Home delivery by UPS (UPS Standard). Delivery to nearest collection point if customer not reached.
Prices:
Free delivery to Finland for all orders.
Free delivery to EU orders over 100€, otherwise 15€
Delivery times:
-to Finland 1-3 working days after shipping
-to EU countries 3-6 working days after shipping
NOTE: The manufacturing time 1-3 weeks before shipping.
For reasons beyond our control, delivery may occasionally be delayed. Also during Christmas and other public holidays, orders may take longer to be delivered. In case of problems with the order or delivery, the online shop will contact the customer as soon as possible.
With Visma Pay you can pay your order by an internet banking account,
a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment.

Jousto invoice and part-payment is a Finnish service for making purchases
quickly and safely. Jousto is for private persons having their economy in balance.
With Jousto you will get 30 days time to pay without interest or expenses.
After you have received an invoice, you can decide to pay it at once or in parts.
You can pay our purchase in up to 36 parts, starting from 9,90 eur/month.
Expenses for Jousto part-payment are 3,90 eur/month and 19,90% interest.
With Jousto you can pay purchases from 30 to 3000 eur.

Orders
Orders are collected from the online shop by adding the products to the shopping cart.
The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality of the online shop to pay for the order.
By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs.
An e-mail confirmation will be delivered in case an e-mail address is provided by the time of
confirming the order. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered and the price breakdown.

Shipping
Orders are being shipped during workdays. Products from the stock are usually delivered
within 3-6 workdays. Delivery for products that are not in stock usually takes 2-4 weeks.
The shipping costs can be seen in the check-out functionality before confirming the order.
Please inform us without a delay – at least within 14 days – in case a product has lost or damaged in
shipping. The logistics company must be also informed regarding any products damaged in shipping.
Returns
The customer has a right to change or return ordered products during 14 days of receiving the order.
The customer has a right to change or return all or part of the products in the order.
The changed and returned products must be unused and in the original packaging.
If you wish to change or return products, please contact us first for the instructions.
Please attach your name, contact details and your bank account number for receiving the refund.
Cancelling an order, defect liability and reclamations
The customer has right to cancel an order before the order is dispatched.
The cancellation must be done in written by an e-mail to the customer support of the online shop.
The online shop is liable for defects in the sold products according to the applicable law.
Please contact the customer support of the online shop immediately in a case of reclamation.
The consumer has a right to file a dispute in the Consumer Disputes Board in a case of
dispute between the online shop and the consumer.

4. Purpose of processing personal data
The personal data stored in the tarume.com online store’s user register is used to manage customer
relations and deliveries. The customer can also separately register for a mailing list,
in which case marketing messages can also be sent to him/her.
5. Data content of the register
The register collects basic and subscription information about the data subjects, such as:
– first name and surname, customer number
– address, telephone number and e-mail address.
– order history (order date, payment method, products ordered, order method, shopping list).
– any discount benefit to which the customer is entitled
– technical log information of the internet server (ip address, browser)
– direct marketing authorisation
– mail tracking information for orders
6. Regular data sources
The data controller registers only the information about the tarume.com webshop user that
the user provides when using the website.

The data of the online shop will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.
Personal data will not be disclosed outside the EU or EEA unless this is necessary for
the technical implementation of the data processing. Newsletter subscribers’ data (only e-mail, name)
are stored on the servers of the service providers used by the data controllers, also outside the EU.
